Pride and Prejudice - and murder!

Costume drama and whodunnit combine in Death Comes to Pemberley, an engaging new production, which is touring UK theatres.

Our award-winning local news site Rhiwbina Info was at the opening night of its run at the New Theatre, Cardiff last night (Tuesday 29 July).

Reviewer Andy Weltch described it as "an accomplished and entertaining production, which not only looks beautiful ... it's a genuinely intriguing whodunnit too".  

He concluded: "If you are a fan of Jane Austen or of mystery thrillers, there's something for you here. And if you enjoy both, then this really is the perfect night out for you".

The play is in Cardiff until Saturday (2 August), when it moves on to Bath, Guildford, Bromley, Wycombe, Brighton, and Richmond.
