A gripping tale of lust, murder, and betrayal

A new stage production of the classic film noir Double Indemnity concludes its UK tour this week, with Hollywood star Mischa Barton heading the cast.

And our companion local site, the award-winning Rhiwbina Info, was invited to review it at Cardiff's New Theatre.

Reviewer Andy Weltch described it as "a classic dark tale of lust, murder, and betrayal".

He added: "It's a gripping story, expertly told, in a stark, monochrome set, reflecting its film noir heritage".

Double Indemnity is at Cardiff's New Theatre until Saturday (9 May).
