Members of the cast and crew behind our new animated short film A Fish Out of Water got back together online last night (Tuesday 14 July).

Director & animator Matthew Creed and illustrator & designer Anthony Richards shared some of their work, which saw the project develop from initial rough sketches through complex modelling to the completed film.
The reunion came ahead of the film's first public screening, as part of the MovieMaker programme at Chapter Arts Centre in Cardiff on Monday 3 August. Free tickets are available here.
It has also been entered into more than 40 festivals around the UK and internationally, and last month, we hosted a private, lunchtime screening for cast, crew, and supporters.
Described as 'a Victorian tale of the fantastical and bizarre' and set in an alternative version of the 1890s, the film follows the events which unfold when Henry Godliman - a 'chronicler of the extraordinary' (voiced by Robert Daws) - arranges to hear the tales of three sailors, just returned from a long sea voyage.

The script, by Andrew Weltch and Robert Lancey, is based on Andy's original story and has been selected for three film festivals.Â
With music and sound by Charlie Diggle, it also features the voices of Francesca Louise White, Richard Oliver, and Samantha Hudson, with additional music by The Grand Old Echo and computer-graphics animation by Stephen Thomas.
You can find out more and watch the trailer on the film's IMDb page.
