Laura is back in action and offering sponsor package

Experienced player, coach, and long-time friend of Weltch Media, Laura Shaw has returned to the pitch.

Laura, who runs Pro Shaw's Coaching and was sponsored by Weltch Media when she played soccer for Torquay United, is now with Saltash United Women - currently in the reserve team in the Earthbound Electrical Cornwall Women's Football League (CWFL) Division 2.

"Football has always been a massive part of my life, both as a player and coach," said Laura. "So having the opportunity to pull on the red and white of Saltash and be part of the women’s reserves team is something I’m incredibly proud of."

Originally from Manchester and a former England Colleges trialist, Laura was first sponsored by Weltch Media when she played for Torquay in 2020-21.

Now she is looking for personal sponsorship for her T-shirt for the 2026/27 season.

The sponsor will get their name or logo on Laura's shirt as well as promotion on social media, all for £100 for the season.

"It's a great opportunity for a local business, organisation, or individual to support women’s grassroots football, and to gain publicity at the same time," said Laura.
