Making mobility beautiful

Interior designer Ayisha Onuorah is on a mission to help make home mobility equipment beautiful as well as functional.

A new post on our companion arts and entertainment blog Piece of Pink Pie looks at some of the work she's produced with collaborators.

“Design should never be about choosing between form and function,” she said.

“When we design mobility aids that people actually want to showcase rather than hide, we’re not just changing interiors, we’re changing lives and empowering people to age gracefully in the homes they love.”
