The director behind Weltch Media’s first animated film has unveiled an exciting new venture designed to help brands communicate with clarity and impact.

Matthew Creed, currently leading production on our short film A Fish Out of Water, has announced the launch of Motion Aligned, a strategy-led animation studio focused on turning complex ideas into clear, compelling stories.


With 16 years’ experience and a portfolio that includes high-impact work for the likes of Superdrug, Reebok, RSPB, and The National Trust, Matthew brings both creative firepower and strategic thinking to the table.


Motion Aligned will partner with brands, marketing teams, and creative agencies to produce animated explainers and marketing videos that don’t just look good, but deliver results.


The new business also aims to demystify the animation process.


Motion Aligned’s website offers transparent ballpark pricing to remove guesswork, and a downloadable briefing guide to help clients define objectives and hit the ground running.
